Free training - Get your community group moving with DART!

A day out, a community event or a regular group activity is easier to enjoy when everyone can travel together. DART offers accessible minibus hire for community groups across the ABC council area. Your group can travel wherever they wish ( within Northern Ireland ) with options to suit the way your group wants to travel.

Choose how your group travels

If you don’t have a driver, you can ask about group hire with a DART driver. Our driver takes care of the journey so your group can focus on the day ahead.

If your group would prefer more flexibility, ask about self-drive group hire. You can nominate a driver, provided they have the appropriate licence, complete the required training and are approved to drive a DART vehicle.

Group hire rates apply to both options. Contact us to discuss your plans, availability and the current hire rates.

Free MiDAS training for eligible groups

Through DART Direct, we’re offering free MiDAS driver training to eligible community groups in the ABC Council area. MiDAS training helps nominated drivers develop the skills and awareness needed to drive a minibus for their group. Get in touch and we’ll explain the training requirements, eligibility and upcoming availability.

Register your group or make a booking

If your group is not yet registered with DART, please complete the group registration form first.

If your group has registered previously and the details we hold for you are up to date, you can submit a minibus booking request. If anything has changed since you registered, please contact us so we can update your records before your booking.
