This week, in celebration of Community Transport Week, we treated some of our valued members to delicious hot chocolates and sweet treats at Hotel Chocolat in Rushmere. It was our way of saying a heartfelt thank you for being part of our community and for taking the time to share their experiences with us.
Over the laughter, we had meaningful conversations about what community transport means to them, how it impacts their lives, and what improvements theyād love to see in the future.

āThe service is a lifeline for me, without it, I would have no other way to leave my house.ā ā May
āThe drivers are absolute stars, so kind and helpful. Weād be lost without them.ā ā Mary

Stories like these remind us why we do what we do. Community transport is about so much more than getting from A to B, itās about connection, independence, and inclusion. For many of our members, it means freedom, friendship, and a vital link to the wider world.
Weāre always listening and looking for ways to evolve and improve, ensuring we continue to provide the best possible service for everyone who relies on us.

A huge thank-you to everyone who joined us for this special outing. Your voices, feedback, and stories inspire us every day.
Hereās to another year of keeping our communities moving, connected, and cared for. š
